If your images aren't uploading, please check that:
- the filetype is one of .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .bmp
- the size is no larger than 5MB
- the file extension does not match the actual file content
On occasion, we have noticed upload problems when the file's content is different from the file extension. This can happen if you rename a .png file to a .jpg (for example).
